Essential Qualifications:
MBA in Finance/CFA (Level 1 or above) or PGD in Investment Management
Technical Qualifications / Experience: Background in PE, IB or Asset Management
Experience: 8-9 years of work experience in PE or financial training. Strong understanding of investment life cycle and experience of training or mentoring finance professionals

Key Performance Indicators
Face to face & virtual facilitation
Liaise with Wipro teams & external learning/vendors partners in identifying and implementing various learning interventions within the organization.
Program Management Manage end to end learning programs/initiatives including the entire process of TNI, TNA and Training Co-ordination
Maintain consultative relationships with people in subject-matter expert and senior leadership roles and seek inputs on various learning initiatives in the organization.
Develop/ update & evaluate training materials and delivery methods for existing & new manager as well as leadership teams. This includes, but is not limited to instructional design, training manuals, handouts, and visual aids
Learn, explore and deploy a technology embedded learning strategy for teams across Wipro in manager and above roles.
Work with the Wipro talent skilling and leadership development teams to deploy overall team training strategy and quality plan
Track and report the effectiveness of learning interventions.
Research and recommend third party training materials and programs to ensure the organization remains current with industry standards and trends
Regular touch points with stakeholders to discuss TNA and TNI for their group and formulating a plan of action for timely closure
Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools and content creation
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging training modules.
Deep understanding of PE investments & valuations
Develop self-learning materials, e-learning content & assessment for PE domain knowledge.
High level of facilitating skills
Assessing capabilities of consultants for managerial & leadership programs
Professional confidence
Fair understanding of Organization Development activities
Exposure to MS Office Suite
Experience in instructional and curriculum design
Broad-based knowledge of training including web-based training, project management, and job certification testing

3-4 days of facilitation per month
Maintain feedback score a minimum of 4.8/5
Business need basis functional leadership program/solution quality

Provide domain expertise on investment strategies & market trends
Conduct minimum of 3 training audits in a quarter
Bridge the knowledge gap between finance theory & real-world PE execution.
Take ownership for 1-2 organization wide learning department initiative in a yr.
Take ownership for self- development
Lead technology platform deployment in required/ related areas.
