Lead cross global functional teams in developing finance strategies to support a strategic alignment with companys Business Operations, and Corporate departments on company goals & initiatives. Manage financial goals that result in strong customer satisfaction, align with company strategy, and optimize costs and supplier relations. Influence senior leaders in setting direction for their functional areas by linking finance and business strategies to optimize business results.
Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head.
Revenue governance (including client interactions for deal closures and contracting; forecasting, revenue recognition)
Margin Governance (including cost take out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost reduction analysis);
Working capital governance (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection, improving debt ageing and PDD);
MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking, incentives and other analytics
People management- internal stakeholder management
Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.

Preferably CA batch (2012 -2016)
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teams in different Geos, with 8-12 years of experience
