Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (non-voice process).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Proficiency in typing speed of at least 40 wpm with high accuracy.
  
• Strong understanding of basic computer applications such as MS Office Suite.

• Candidates Should Have Good English

• US Shifts, With Major Night Shift

• Candidate should be comfortable with WFH and WFO situation
