Sr. Engineer / Team Lead / Architect - Java Full Stack ( Angular / React )

Job Description:

1. Hands on with Java 8 (Spring, Hibernate, MVC) (MUST)
2. Good Working knowledge and Web Framework experience with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Micro services. (MUST)
3. Strong hands experience on one of the JS frameworks Angular 8+ OR React JS (MUST)
4. Hands on experience with Relational (PL-SQL/Oracle/SQL Server) and NOSQL databases (Mongo DB or Cassandra either one is must) - MUST
5. Hands on with Rest based web services
6. Strong exposure on coding standards, unit testing with experience in JUnit/Spock/Groovy
7. Knowledge on Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
8. Strong exposure to Design Patterns (IOC, MVC, Singleton, Factory)
9. Hands on experience in Kafka.
10. Hands Experience in CI-CD pipeline using Jenkins, Kubernetes, Dockers
11. Work experience either of following CLOUD (AWS or Azure or GCP) will be an advantage.

  1. Understanding application requirements and design a standardize application
  2. Creating Intellectual Property in forms of services, patterns, models and organizational approaches
  3. Designing patterns, best practices and reusable applications that can be used for future references
  4. Ensure system capabilities are consumed by system components and set criteria for evaluating technical and business value in terms of Tolerate, Invest, Migrate and Eliminate
  5. Provide platform to create standardize tools, uniform design and techniques are maintained to reduce costs of maintenance
  6. Coordinating input on risks, costs and opportunities for concepts
  7. Developing customised applications for the customers aligned with their needs
  8. Perform design and code reviews thoroughly on regular basis, keeping in mind the security measures
  9. Understanding design and production procedures and standards to create prototypes and finished products
  10. Work closely with systems analysts, software developers, data managers and other team members to ensure successful production of application software
  11. Offer viable solutions for various systems and architectures to different types of businesses
  12. Seamless integration of new and existing systems to eliminate potential problems and maintain data structure and bring value in terms of development
  13. Transforming all applications into digital form and implement and evolve around mesh app and service architecture that support new technologies like IOT, blockchain, machine learning, automation, BOTS etc
  14. Cloud Transformation: (Migration)
  15. Understanding non-functional requirements
  16. Producing artefacts such as deployment architecture, interface catalogue
      • Identify internal and external dependency, vendor and internal IT management

        4. Develops and establishes relevant technical, business process and overall support metrics (KPI/SLA) to drive results
        5. Bring value in terms of quality in development activities by leveraging cloud based and scalable infrastructure
        6. Manages multiple projects and accurately reports the status of all major assignments while adhering to all project management standards
        7. Identify technical, process, structural risks and prepare a risk mitigation plan for all the projects
        8. Ensure quality assurance of all the architecture or design decisions and provides technical mitigation support to the delivery teams
        9. Recommend tools for reuse, automation for improved productivity and reduced cycle times
        10. Continuously review session with customers for sustainable development practices
        11. Leads the development and maintenance of enterprise framework and related artefacts
        12. Develops trust and builds effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement across individual product teams
        13. Ensures architecture principles and standards are consistently applied to all the projects
        14. Ensure optimal Client Engagement
        15. Support pre-sales team while presenting the entire solution design and its principles to the client
        16. Negotiate, manage and coordinate with the client teams to ensure all requirements are met and create an impact of solution proposed
            • Demonstrate thought leadership with strong technical capability in front of the client to win the confidence and act as a trusted advisor
