Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient and Excipient category, ensuring alignment with GEHC s overall supply strategy.
Forge and maintain strategic relationships with GEHC s API and Excipient category to support robust category strategies and network design decisions.
Key Procurement Business Partner for New Product Introductions (NPI) and Life Cycle Management (LCM) programmes.
Cultivate relationships with key internal stakeholders to support GEHC s business strategy and communicate supply chain insights.
Lead, manage and develop a global supply base that deliver business requirements across assurance of supply, quality, regulatory compliance, service, cost and innovation, for the categories in scope.
Lead complex contract negotiations with GEHC s supply base.
Deliver contracts which emphasize value creation, critical terms, and effective cost control.
Gather and analyse market intelligence to benchmark and control cost.
Exceptional rigor and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact and partner with all levels of management in the company.
Set financial budgets incorporating pricing negotiations and volume forecasting.
Uphold procurement policies and compliance standards, including third-party risk management and ensuring capacity availability.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in supply chain, procurement or a relevant technical field.
5+ years experience developing and executing sourcing strategies across various geographies and supply chains.
3+years experience leading global/regional projects across matrixed teams.
