Job Description

We are seeking an innovative, self-directed Marketing Campaign Manager with a demonstrated ability to deliver best-in-class experiences for offline events, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and other initiatives

You will be responsible for the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns

In this key role, you will be responsible for the creative development, implementation, and optimization of campaigns and getting-started programs that deliver our customer's business priority goals and objectives

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously

They possess a mind that is equally creative and analytical, providing strategic solutions to business problems

Additionally, they are passionate about owning programs, testing and learning, and driving conversions to achieve goals

This key team member should have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively convey a campaign story that resonates with core tech audiences

Furthermore, the role requires the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize continuously

Key Job Responsibilities:

Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns, focused on key priority solution themes and topics designed to generate demand for customer solutions

Execute marketing campaigns, including program/project management, build, QA, deployment, testing, and reporting

Analyze digital channel performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy

Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated multi-channel campaign strategies

Establish and continually improve scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Experience with marketing strategies in online and offline channels
