Virtual Sales Officer

The Virtual Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with customers through virtual communication channels. This role focuses on promoting products or services, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote working environment. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and proficiency with online tools and platforms.

• Sales Generation: Identify and connect with potential customers through virtual channels such as email, phone, video calls, and social media.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate product or service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
