Job Description:


The Head of Sales is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the sales strategy, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring the company's revenue targets are met. Here are the key roles and responsibilities typically associated with this position:

1. Developing Sales Strategy:

- Formulate and implement the company's sales strategy to meet revenue objectives.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to build a high-performing team.

3. Revenue Growth:

- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to support sales efforts.

4. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals.
