Head/Sr. Manager - Trade Marketing

Trade Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.

- Plan and execute trade activations, promotions, and in-store visibility programs to enhance brand presence.

- Identify key growth opportunities within on-trade, off-trade, and modern retail channels.

Channel & Customer Engagement:

- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive execution excellence.

- Customize trade marketing plans for different channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, HoReCa, Duty-Free, etc.).

- Drive category management initiatives to optimize shelf space, displays, and merchandising.

Sales Enablement & Performance Tracking:

- Work closely with sales teams to develop compelling trade programs and promotional campaigns.

- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.

- Measure ROI of trade marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Brand Activation & Consumer Experience:

- Oversee in-store activations, consumer promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives.

- Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) development and deployment across various channels.

- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand storytelling at trade touchpoints.
