SAP Business Analyst - Commerce Cloud (9-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients, including B2B specific needs such as punch-out catalogs, complex pricing models, and order workflows.

- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand their business needs and pain points.

- Document business requirements clearly and concisely using appropriate documentation techniques (user stories, process flows).

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Design and document end-to-end business processes within the Hybris platform.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the solution design aligns with business objectives and technical feasibility.

- Participate in project planning and execution, including estimation, scheduling, and risk management.

- Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, testing, implementation) to ensure project success.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the go-live phase.

- Analyze test results and work with the development team to resolve any issues.

- Provide ongoing support to clients after go-live to address any post-implementation issues.

- Continuously analyze and improve business processes and Hybris configurations.

- Identify opportunities to optimize e-commerce operations and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 9+ years of experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris), specifically in B2B projects.

- Hands-on expertise in PunchOut catalog integration with procurement platforms.

- Strong understanding of B2B functionalities such as pricing (including complex pricing models), catalog management, order workflows, and customer segmentation.

- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

- Familiarity with e-commerce integrations (e.g, ERP, OMS, and CRM).

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Hybris Accelerator or other Hybris extensions.

- Experience with data migration and integration.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with data analysis and reporting
