Senior Developer - SAP Hybris (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex e-commerce solutions on the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform.

- Guide junior developers and mentor team members on best practices and technical challenges.

- Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for large-scale e-commerce projects.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in the SAP Commerce Cloud environment.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and the SAP Commerce Cloud platform.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects within budget and scope.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Hybris development and implementation.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring junior developers.

- Strong experience implementing multiple payment methods (payment gateways, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay) in e-commerce platforms.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, including back-end services, front-end technologies, and integrations.

- Expertise in Java and Spring Framework; strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and development in Agile environments.

- Solid understanding of e-commerce processes, such as product catalog management, promotions, pricing, checkout, and order management.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.- js.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
