Role : SAP Commerce Cloud ( Hybris) Developer

Job Description :

- Develop and maintain user-facing features for SAP Commerce (Hybris)-based e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project objectives.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.

- Customize and extend frontend components for features such as product catalogs, promotions, cart and checkout, order tracking, and customer account pages.

- Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend solutions with SAP Commerce Cloud services and APIs.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.

- Implement and ensure accessibility and SEO best practices in all frontend developments.

- Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues in SAP Commerce applications and ensure seamless user experiences.

- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

- Write and maintain technical documentation for frontend implementations.

- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure consistent testing of user interfaces and frontend functionality.

Skill :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in frontend development for SAP Commerce (Hybris) or similar e-commerce platforms.

- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud Spartacus storefront framework.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Hands-on experience customizing and developing frontend components in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).

- Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows, including product browsing, cart management, checkout processes, and order tracking.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and their integration with frontend frameworks.

- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and build tools like Webpack or Grunt.

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.

- Solid understanding of e-commerce processes, such as product catalog management, promotions, pricing, checkout, and order management.

- Basic understanding of backend development concepts in SAP Commerce Cloud.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and development in Agile environments.
