Key skills for the job
Role :
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors RCM & RMK based on business requirements and best practices
- Should have exceptionally good knowledge and experience of RCM & RMK.
- Acts as the subject matter expert in the Recruitment Process with experience of working on SuccessFactors product
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors Recruiting configuration, including job requisitions, candidate management, offer management, and reporting.
- Should have hands-on experience in provisioning settings, Admin center settings for SF-RCM. Experience with data migration and data management activities in SF-RCM module.
Skill :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP Success Factors RCM & RMK implementation, Rollout and AMS projects.
- Good knowledge around Process designs and Personas of SuccessFactors Recruitment.
- Experience in both internal and external recruitment process in Successfactors.
- Strong configuration skills around Core functionality of Recruiting like requisition templates, candidate management, interview process, offer letters etc.
- Well versed in available standard reports of Recruiting module, Business Rules and Notifications.
- Experience in Data Templates preparation (Candidate profile, Candidate Application, Open Job requisition migration), transformation, validation and Data load.
- Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
- Good knowledge of RCM integration with other modules like EC, ONB etc. also with experience in custom integration.
- Develop and generate reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools.
