Manhattan WMS/PkMS Developer - AS400 (5-7 yrs)

Job Title : AS400 with Manhattan WMS PKMS Developer (Remote/Full-time)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain AS400 programs (RPG, CL, DB2) for warehouse management processes.

- Integrate AS400 systems with Manhattan WMS and PKMS, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain interfaces between Manhattan WMS/PKMS and other enterprise applications (Manhattan OMS, ERP systems).

- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to AS400 systems and their integrations.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Document all development activities and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.

- Work collaboratively with other developers, analysts, and business users to ensure project success.

- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AS400 technologies, Manhattan WMS, and warehouse management best practices.

Key Requirements :

- Strong experience with AS400 systems (RPG, CL, DB2) and their integration with modern applications such as Manhattan WMS and PKMS.

- In-depth knowledge of Manhattan WMS functionality, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and shipping operations.

- Experience with PKMS features (Pick, Pack, and Ship) in the context of Manhattan WMS.

- Experience in developing and integrating Manhattan WMS with other enterprise applications (Manhattan OMS, ERP systems).

- Understanding of warehouse management, order management, and supply chain logistics processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Knowledge of other warehouse management systems (WMS).

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence
