JD: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Shifts: 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Operations & Digital Marketing Project Management specialist to become a key member of our digital marketing acquisition team. This role demands a unique blend of expertise in both email marketing and project management. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of various digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate digital marketing projects from conception to completion.

- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

- Measure and analyze project performance to suggest improvements.

- Report on leads generated from various Omni-channel marketing efforts.

- Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions.

- Demonstrate proficiency with standard compliance regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR laws.

- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with stakeholders.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

- Solid technical background with an understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices.

- Familiarity with analytical and database tools.

- Strong project management skills.

- An ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
