Whizz HR is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Business Development director to work in Mumbai.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:.
- Context: Engages in lead generation and conversions: Prospect for potential new clients, understand the clients' requirement, communicate the same to the project team and turn this into increased business.
Role Accountabilities:.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Maintaining the prospects, leads and follow up data within the CRM and other essential spreadsheets.
- Demonstrating and presenting products and services to the client.
- Creating a positive brand image/ awareness in the minds of the new prospective clients.
- Organising meetings with prospective clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
- Identify opportunities and present new products and services to existing clients.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify lead profiles.
- Enhance existing relationships by providing support, guidance and information through inhouse team.
- Preparing proposal documents and sales deck and other essential presentations for pitch.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person towards closure and growing accounts.
- Developing sales goals for the team and company and ensuring they are met.
- Participating and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events that help procure leads.
