Overview:

- As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building our brand presence, driving engagement, and growing our community across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content aligned with our brand voice and business goals.

- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website and product pages.

- Monitor industry trends and social media platforms for relevant topics and create timely, compelling posts.

- Plan and manage social campaigns, including paid promotions and influencer collaborations.

- Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social and optimize efforts based on data insights.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media strategies with broader campaigns.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure innovative and competitive strategies.

- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage community interactions to maintain a positive brand image.

Required skills & Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in social media management, ideally in the EdTech, SaaS, or digital education space.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Proven track record of managing and growing business accounts.

- Excellent creative and copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging posts.

- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and paid advertising platforms.

- Prior experience in community management and running influencer campaigns is a plus.
