Job Description

Identify and research potential B2B customers in the US and Europe who align with the ideal customer profile.
Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other data sources to gather contact information.
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn).
Craft outreach messages that resonate with the target audience and industry.
Engage prospects through strategic, value-driven communication to generate interest.

Appointment Setting and Lead Nurturing:

Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls with qualified leads for the sales team.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and provide necessary information.
Engage with leads who are not yet ready to buy through regular follow-ups and sharing of relevant content.

Market Research & Intelligence:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify key industries, potential clients, and emerging trends, ensuring tailored outreach that resonates with target audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and build a team from scratch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven success in US and/or European markets..
