Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Social Media Marketing Expert with 4-5 years of experience to lead our D2C advertising efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce brands, driving revenue growth, and optimizing customer acquisition costs.
This role demands expertise in campaign management, creative strategy, audience targeting, and analytical optimization to achieve exceptional ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, execute, and scale Meta advertising campaigns to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Create full-funnel marketing strategies targeting awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Manage CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) and A/B test campaigns for maximum efficiency.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
- Build and optimize Custom and Lookalike Audiences based on Pixel data, CRM lists, and website traffic.
- Continuously refine audience segmentation for better targeting and lower acquisition costs.
Creative Optimization:
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives (static images, carousels, and videos).
- Conduct regular creative A/B testing and provide feedback for content improvement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Generate detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Use data analytics tools (e.g, Meta Analytics, Google Analytics) for attribution and optimization.
Scaling Campaigns:
- Scale high-performing campaigns effectively while maintaining efficiency and meeting ROAS targets.
- Experiment with bid strategies like Lowest Cost, Cost Cap, and Bid Cap to maximize results.
Market Trends & Best Practices:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, especially Facebook Ads updates.
- Implement innovative techniques and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads for D2C brands.
- Proven success in achieving high ROAS and optimizing CAC for e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Pixel setup, and conversion API.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and Data Studio.
- Experience with creative testing, ad fatigue management, and audience refinement.
- Familiarity with other platforms (Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
- Knowledge of third-party tools like AdEspresso, Hootsuite, or automation platforms.
Soft Skills:.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and product teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A growth mindset and passion for performance marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing budgets of - 30L+ per month.
Previous work in a fast-paced D2C environment.
Knowledge of retargeting and loyalty-building strategies.
