JD for Inside Sales Representative:

• Proactively engage with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions from our portfolio, including laptops, desktops, security systems, cybersecurity, backup solutions, and low-voltage solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through targeted prospecting and follow-up.
• Hunt contact through social media.
• Assist direct sales team with lining up customer meeting.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
• Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
