Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cold calling to engage potential clients and generate leads
• Understand and adapt to the product offerings, communicating them effectively to clients
• Demonstrate persistence in following up with leads and achieving set targets
• Schedule demos for potential clients by coordinating with the internal team
• Keep internal teams updated with lead status, ensuring timely communication and coordination
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups (experience with CRMs is a plus)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a client acquisition or Tele-calling role
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus)
• Experience in the BFSI sector is a plus
• Proactive, adaptable, and persistent with a strong ability to learn quickly
