Sr. Executive - Corporate Communication/PR (Agency Experience Preferred)
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or account management within a PR or digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of media relations, corporate communication strategies, and crisiscommunication.
Proficiency in crafting and executing communication plans across traditional and digital platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively.
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with media monitoring tools, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style
for different audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their communication
goals are met effectively.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business
objectives and PR requirements.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, offering strategic
communication solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and digital) to execute PR and communication campaigns seamlessly.
Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and building strong relationships with journalists.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare actionable insights for clients.
Draft and present comprehensive progress reports, presentations, and media coverage summaries to clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance client engagement and agency growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging communication tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Assist in preparing proposals, new business pitches, and crisis communication strategies.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs that align with brand and client expectations.
