Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

- 0-6 months of internship or full-time experience in corporate communications, PR, or account management within a digital marketing or PR agency.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.

- Strong time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Familiarity with media monitoring, marketing analytics, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Support internal teams (creative, content, and digital) to ensure seamless delivery of communication and PR projects on time and within budget.

- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and drafting actionable insights for clients.

- Prepare progress reports, media coverage summaries, and presentations under supervision.

- Coordinate with team members to respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their communication needs.

- Research and stay updated on industry trends, media landscapes, and best practices in PR and communications.

- Assist in drafting press releases, media outreach emails, and other communication materials.

- Identify potential opportunities for improving client engagement through upselling or cross-selling.

- Support the preparation of proposals and new business pitches
