Role Overview: The Senior Manager - Production is responsible for managing, supervising, and ensuring the smooth execution of ad film projects from concept to delivery. They work closely with clients, creative teams, directors, and vendors to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required creative standard. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Production: 1. Client Collaboration: o Liaise with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements. o Present ideas, timelines, and budgets for approval. 2. Budgeting & Scheduling: o Develop and manage production budgets. o Create detailed project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. 3. Team Coordination: o Assemble the production team, including directors, cinematographers, editors, and other crew members. o Coordinate with creative and account management teams to align on project goals. 4. Logistics Management: o Arrange locations, equipment, and talent. o Secure permits and handle legal paperwork, such as contracts and NDAs. Production: 1. On-Set Supervision: o Act as the point of contact between the director, crew, and client during shoots. o Monitor the shoot to ensure adherence to the creative brief and budget. 2. Problem Solving: o Address any on-set issues quickly and effectively, such as technical difficulties, delays, or resource challenges. Post-Production: 1. Post-Production Oversight: o Oversee editing, sound design, VFX, color grading, and final approvals. o Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to maintain creative consistency. 2. Client Review & Feedback: o Present drafts to clients for feedback and incorporate revisions as needed. 3. Delivery: o Ensure the final film is delivered in the required format and within deadlines. General Responsibilities: 1. Budget & Resource Management: o Keep track of expenses and resource utilization to avoid overages. 2. Vendor & Partner Management: o Maintain relationships with production houses, studios, and freelance talent. 3.
