Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
-> Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
-> Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling with the given leads
-> Set up meetings on site with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
-> Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
-> Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
-> Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
-> Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
-> Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
You Will Be Responsible For
-> Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
-> New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
-> Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
-> Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
-> Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
