Whirlpool - Regional Institutional Manager (6-10 yrs)

Your responsibilities will include.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, understanding their purchasing requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the institutional segment.

- Build segment wise strategy for B2B, Govt ,Canteen and Microfinance business.

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing client relationships.

- Qualify leads, assess client needs, and develop tailored sales proposals and presentations.

- Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Stay informed about the product's lineup and features, and industry trends.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for institutional clients to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.

- Address client inquiries to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

- Cross functional collaboration :Work closely with internal stakeholders for the demand planning ,commercial ,logistics and branch team in the region to deliver results.

- Sales Reporting : Regularly do planning activity and track progress against targets and inform strategic decision-making.

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and optimization in sales strategies and tactics.

Minimum requirements.

- MBA with 6-10 years of experience in relevant field.
