WheelsEye is a hyper-growth tech logistics startup. We started in 2017 with the idea to empower the Truck Fleet Owners, and enable them and their business via technology. We started off as a GPS tracking company and today we have created an entire ecosystem of services aimed at transforming truck logistics in India. We aim to provide fleet owners with a one-stop platform for all their needs: GPS, Fastag, Fuel tracking, Marketplace, and more.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design efforts for our flagship truck booking application, with a strong focus on understanding and improving the user experience. You will drive UX research practices, ensuring the team stays informed about user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and leverage these insights to craft user-centric designs.

Experience Required:

- 5-8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of customer-facing applications (preferably B2B or logistics).

- Expertise in UX research, including planning and conducting user research and usability testing.

- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to balance user needs with business goals, delivering designs that drive impact and growth.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate research findings and design decisions
