Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain employee attendance records and biometric data.
• Verify and process daily attendance, leaves, and overtime.
• Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate attendance data.
• Maintain employee files and update HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in documentation related to employee joining, exits, and transfers.
• Track employee leaves and prepare monthly leave reports.
• Coordinate shift schedules and ensure smooth workforce management.
• Address employee queries related to attendance, leaves, and policies.
• Support on boarding processes, including document verification and induction.
• Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
• Handle basic grievance resolution and escalate major concerns to HR managers.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and the HR department.
