Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive sales strategies for both domestic and international markets to achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance on achieving targets, closing deals, and building client relationships in various markets.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies for untapped regions, both domestically and internationally, including market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Develop & manage sales forecasts, budgets, financial targets, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the domestic and international sales teams, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and meet targets.
• Identified potential clients and maintained excellent relationships with existing customers,

Driving customer retention and loyalty.

• Managed sales in USA & UK, Arabian, South Africa
• Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.

• Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities, leading to expansion into profitable territories
