Job Description

The Support Coordinator at the client location is responsible for facilitating and managing the delivery of support services to ensure the needs of clients are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves working closely with clients, service providers, and internal teams to coordinate care and support services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Data entry/Service providers/customer success executive
CV and Resume Collection: Begin the day by gathering CVs and resumes from candidates attending the recruitment center.

Document Submission : Distribute collected resumes to the HR department for review.

Taleo and OPTUM Registration : Create Taleo IDs and register candidates on the OPTUM domain.

Data Entry : Enter candidates' Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including email addresses and contact details, into the system.

Typing Test Eligibility : Confirm candidate eligibility with HR and facilitate the Typing Test for qualifying candidates.

Wheebox Registration : Register candidates on the Wheebox portal for the Typing Test.

Test Administration : Provide candidates with login credentials, oversee their completion of the Typing Test, and monitor the testing process.

Score Management : Retrieve Typing Test scores, record them on candidates' CVs, and submit the updated documents to the HR department, sorting by preferred location.

Retesting: Organize and administer retests if necessary, based on candidate performance and frequency requirements.

CAT Exam Coordination: Facilitate the CAT exam for candidates on the OPTUM domain.

CV Scanning: Scan the CVs of candidates who have attempted the CAT test.

Final Data Entry : Conduct final data entry for candidates who are shortlisted or rejected by HR on the OPTUM domain, completing the drive process.
