About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Financial/Credit Analyst specializing in corporate finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate to have a strong background in credit appraisal, cash flow analysis, project financing, and infrastructure financing to play critical role in evaluating financial data, preparing budgets and projections, and ensuring efficient cash flow-based financing for our corporate initiatives. A strong aptitude for liaising with banks and financial institutions (FIs) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
†Conduct comprehensive credit appraisals for corporate clients.
• Perform cash flow analysis to assess financial viability and risk.
• Develop and review financial models for project financing and infrastructure financing
• Prepare detailed Budgeting reports, Financial projections, and Cash flow-based financing
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure funding and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Assess market and industry trends to support credit decisions with Expertise in Excel and Presentation
Prefrence : Worked in Bank/External Rating Agency minimum 2-3 Years on Credit appraisal for Corporates and/or as Credit Analyst.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance , CA or experience in related field .
• Proven experience (3+ years) in credit analysis, corporate finance, and Project financing.
• Knowledge of financial statements analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for liaising
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools and advanced knowledge of Excel.s
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
