Job Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.

• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, market conditions, and future forecasts.

Financial Modelling

• Develop financial models to predict future business conditions and support strategic initiatives. • Utilize various modelling techniques to simulate different financial scenarios.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, explaining variances and recommending corrective actions.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financial results.

• Present findings to senior management, stakeholders, and clients.

Market Research

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Stay updated on industry developments and the competitive landscape.

Risk Management

• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and insights.

• Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.

Required skills:

• Proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, and use of financial software (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel.
