Urgent Hiring for Office Assistant Genesys International Corporation Ltd SEEPZ, Andheri (E) Mumbai

• Overall office basis administration assistance.
• Take care of passes generation, renewal, distribution and maintaining database for the same.
• Daily courier inward and outward tracking.
• Taking care of all domestic couriers via airway as well as road transportation with declaration forms.
• Observation of housekeeping cleanliness and reporting to manager.
• Make all necessary arrangements (Food & Stationery.)
• Arrangements for special events such as MD/VP meeting for every months
• Escorting Manager from gate to office and helping for passes and vehicle parking.
• HR events arrangements (required materials like sound systems, assets movements etc.
• Taking care of all office stationery including company letterheads, continuation sheets, envelops etc.
• Office telephone inward and operation systems.
• Coordination for dropping cheque at cheque drop boxes.
• Responsible for getting bank statement, making demand draft.
• Taking care for payments of gate pass, lease rental, water bills, maintenance etc.
• Update stationery Tracker & MIS Report.
