As part of the Sustainable Tourism team, the Financial Analyst will prepare detailed financial modelling of projects with a focus on testing their financial feasibility and arriving at suitable implementation models.
Roles and Responsibilities.
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting the key personnel in research and report preparation process along with aiding in the development of relevant business models for assessing the feasibility of proposed projects with focus on sustainable revenue generation and appropriate implementation mechanism.
Preparation of financial feasibility reports and financial modelling for proposed development projects.
Assessing and developing strategies/institutional reforms to enhance private investment in State/destination.
Assist and/or carry out surveys/stakeholder consultations, assessments, develop solutions, write project reports on strong relevant research.
Represent the organization at various forums including meetings, workshops, client meetings and other events from time to time.
Field visit and collection of relevant data from project location.
Any other related activities within the Scope of Work, as assigned by the client/reporting manager.
Requirements:.
Graduate Degree in Economics/Finance/Commerce or related field.
0-3 years of experience in financial consulting or development finance roles.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power-Point.
Basic Financial Modelling.
Excellent Research, Writing and Communication Skills.
Team player and ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Problem solving attitude.
Willing to travel to project locations for extended periods of time.
