Purchase Assistant Manager

• Responsible for planning, developing and baying materials and parts in a timely

and cost effective way; Timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality

standards and specification.

• Candidate should have Good Knowledge of SAP-MM Module.
• Good Knowledge of MS office (Excel and power point)
• Candidate Should have Capability of Team handling at least S to 7 members.
• Assigned responsibility Of achieving monthly production schedules, planning for

bill of materials, reviewing all components Of stock channeling energy efficiency

improvement activities, and analyzing problems in production

• Schedules, expedites, & coordinates the delivery & movement of critical material,

including material transfers & conditional `material releases.

• Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment

of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.

• Analyses inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste,

or optimize customer service.

• Coordinates & expedites the placement of purchase orders and/or delivery of

material`

• Monitor in-house inventory movement and compete inventory transfer forms for

bookkeeping purposes

• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best

bid among potential suppliers.

• Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with users, vendors and

others to determine cause Of problem and take corrective and preventative action

in Commodities Handling: Sheet Metal component's, Compressors, Copper

Components, Plastic RM, Aluminum, plastic Copper, Packing Materials, Electrical &

Electronic Materials, Chemicals, Consumable etc.

• Onlu candidate from Refrigerator or Home Appliances manufacturing industry are preferred.
