Role & responsibilities

To Work for NPD & VAVE projects

• Collaborating with stakeholders across the globe to deliver critical ECRN
• Scope ideas in order to understand project feasibility (technical/financial)
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders across the globe as part of the

project execution.

• To lead team for estimating the cost using Dfm concurrent costing software
• To work for Plastic & sheet-metal components
• Understanding various 2D drawings & releasing them with proper dimensions,

GD&T, notes, and symbols in CREO.

• Managing & Improving CAD metrics as a part of continuous improvement
• Collaborating with a Master assembler.
• Involving in CI activities
• To work for New Product Development (NPD)
• To work for Casting, Plastic & Sheet-metal products
• To lead the whole team for CAD
• Understanding various 2D drawings & releasing with proper dimensions, GD&T, notes,
• symbols in ePDM
• Hands on Design of experiments (DOE) & Tolerance stack up
• Proto making.(Using 3D printing & other machining)
• Special NPD project: SS Conduit Body
• Capturing customer voice, Understanding & executing milestones, Conducting
• technical &
• project review
• Designing, Skilled 3D Modelling, 2D Drafting of Conduit Bodies
• Creating & updating documents like VOC, DFMEA, DVP&R, BOM, MOM
• Involving in Product validation, product testing & PFMEA
• Designing as per UL & Nema standards
• Involving in technical discussion with suppliers & customers
