EHS Sr. Executive/ AM

Role & responsibilities

• Communication and Implementation of EHS Policies, Statutory Compliance on all EHS regulations, norms and Standards, Reduction in on site incidents related to health hazards and accidents.
• Effective operation of ETP/STP
• Implementation of Enviornmental best practices.
• Ensure all information regarding any hazardous process related to health and safety issues, is communicated to all employees in timely manner.
• Regular audit and inspect site for EHS compliance verification.
• Develop and conduct health, safety and Environments training program. Ensure medical staff, first-aid facilities, emergency procedures, safety signs, protective clothing and equipment's are available.
• Investigate major accidents/incidents promptly and recommend appropriate remedial measures and controls to prevent them future.
• Promot and coordinate the intergration of environmental management and sustainbility issues with organizational policies,operations,procedure and conduct.
• Ensure legal compliance with rule and regulation defined for various Plants/production process.
• Regularly conduct training sessions for the plant team,management staff and supervisors on correct method of operations and usage of machine and safety equipments, enviornmental compliances.EHS legal requirements & ISO standards.
• Handling of all internal and External audit related to EHS and maintaining the records.
