Quality Manager

1. Should have the knowledge of Part process (Sheet Metal shop, CNC Punching, CNC Bending, Laser cutting) including process validation and verification.

2. Should have the Knowledge of Paint Shop process.

3. Should have the knowledge of PU-Foaming process including process validation and verification

4. Can adhere the process and product characteristics as per customer requirement & as per design

5. Should achieve the defined quality objectives and can take the appropriate actions to achieve departmental and organizalional objectives

6. Should have the ability to handle the team as per defined shift schedule

7. Analyze the root cause of daily issues and take actions basis on root cause analysis

8. Do the coordination with concern department on daily issues.

9. Should have the proactive approach to resolve the issues.

10. Take the appropriate actions on internal & External Customers complaints.

11. Can nurture the downline team about the inspection and issues addresses.

12. Should have the detailed knowledge of problem-solving quality tools like 07-QC Tools, Six Sigma, 06 Tools etc.

13. Should have the knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentations.

14. Should have the same industry experience.

15. Should have the proficient in Excel and power point

16. Should have the Knowledge of SAP specially QM-Module

17. Should have the skill to prepare and present the Weekly and Monthly MIS to the management 18. Can implement the self & Sequential inspection in process

19. Should have the knowledge about the instruments & Equipment Calibration.
