Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business growth initiatives.
- This role is pivotal in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team.
- The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execute business goals and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibilities (60%): Sales, Client Engagement & Business Development
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics to senior management.
- Managerial Responsibilities (20%): Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of business development executives to achieve their targets.
- Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize training programs to upskill the team and enhance their productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with business goals.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure smooth execution.
- Secondary Responsibilities (20%): Marketing & Strategy Support
- Enhance the company's digital presence through social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Design and execute visually engaging content using Canva or similar tools.
- Support paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-quality promotional materials.
Skills & Qualifications:
Core Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving business goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Technical Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of app/web development.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma and Power BI (preferred).
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
