IT Business Analyst (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a proven track record in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that business processes align with technical solutions, delivering seamless collaboration and value-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering and Analysis :

- Capture, analyze, and document business processes, including "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Documentation and Design :

- Create detailed process flow diagrams using BPMN tools.

- Develop comprehensive use cases and functional specifications.

- Design wireframes and prototypes to visualize solutions effectively.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

- Foster relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels to support project success.

- Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate smooth process transitions and user adoption.

Testing and Validation :

- Support integration and acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.

- Assist in building and reviewing test cases for alignment with business needs.

Qualifications and Skills :

Must-Have :

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT or related domains.

- Proficiency with BPMN tools, wireframe design, and process documentation.

- Proven ability to create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.

- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred :

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.

- Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying for analysis.

- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
