Nallas Corporation - Senior IT Business Analyst (5-7 yrs)

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends.

This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies.

They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.

Responsibilities :

- Work along with Product Owner, IT, business users, vendors & technical teams to understand, define and refine business requirements.

- Prepare detailed Epics, Features and user stories in JIRA or ADO for the business requirements, flows, constraints, and assumptions.

- Liaise with technical team to prepare the detail technical stories based on the business requirements.

- Identify the dependencies of the user stories and the priorities.

- Coordinate with involved system owners to identify the potential changes that impacting business users or operations.

- Review the prepared user stories in JIRA /ADO with development team, relevant technical teams and vendors, for them to come up with the effort estimations, dependencies and priorities.

- Should work Internal or External teams to drive the implementation.

- Proactively initiate discussions, clarification with the development teams, technical teams to commence work based on the confirmation from business & IT.

- Work closely with teams to resolve conflict of dependencies.

- Manage daily scrum meetings and clarify stories to development team, technical teams and vendors.

- Provide regularly update to Product Owner and System Owner on the user stories for any deviation, dependencies, priority change and progress.

- Prepare UAT plan, test cases, testing data, and liaise with relevant team to prepare the required data, and communicate the UAT with involved teams, System and Product owners.

- Participate in UAT sessions and provide / support walkthrough to business users along with IT and Product owner.

- Prepare Training Documents for business users and local IT teams.

- Manage the release roadmap.

- Keep update report on promised Vs delivered work across all teams.

- Manage sprint and release planning and keep the roadmap up to date with clear understanding of priorities, business outcomes and project goals.

- Adhere to Agile engineering practices at Nallas.

- Lead market research and deliver thought leadership, blog post and case studies.

- Support sales team for presales activities.

- Prepare proposals and visualize complex solution concepts.

- Build workflow diagrams and business requirement documents.

- Present various reports/insights/proposals to clients and senior management.
