Job Purpose/ Summary.

HRBP Subject Matter Expert role involves working closely with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and cultural alignment.

The HRBP role would help organisation in providing guidance on complex HR issues, and fostering a high-performance work environment.

Job Title.

SME_HCGA_HRBP_SSC.

Job Description.

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their requirements & challenges, and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.

Talent Management: Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills, Career Progression & Success Planning, and leadership capabilities.

Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by implementing initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI.

Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance on communication strategies, employee engagement, and cultural transformation.

Lead HR-related projects that drive organizational effectiveness and operational excellence.

HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders.

Prepare and present HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and workforce demographics.
