About the Role

Traceable is looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Business Partner to support our R&D team in Bangalore. As an HR Business Partner, you will support global people team initiatives and play a key role in driving robust performance management practices, managing effective compensation cycles, and strengthening our leadership skills.

In this role, you will collaborate with regional leaders to drive initiatives that foster connection and engagement, build a strong employer brand, and retain top talent, ensuring Traceable is recognized as an employer of choice in India. As a key member of the HR team this position will report directly into our Senior Director of People.

Role Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to regional leaders, proactively identifying and driving initiatives that enhance business performance and support the achievement of greater organizational goals.
Champion a feedback-rich culture, helping managers develop strong, consistent communication and performance coaching skills.
Design initiatives that strengthen team connection, engagement and aid in the retention of talent.
Regularly assess employee engagement and feedback to identify trends and address challenges proactively.
Support day-to-day HR administration including compliance requirements, employee onboarding and assimilation, performance management and terminations, while continuously assessing and innovating current practices.
Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Support internal and external branding initiatives that position Traceable as a preferred employer for top talent in the region showcasing our culture, values and career opportunities.
Own & contribute to regional initiatives.

Must Haves

Proven experience in high-growth startup environments and collaborating with global teams.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on business partnering, performance management, and employee engagement.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships with managers, employees, and the broader people team.
Expertise of Indian employment law and compliance regulations.
Excellent consulting and conflict management skills.
Knowledge in immigration, recruiting, learning & development and compensation.
