IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other creative means.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified IT professionals.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, and facilitate the hiring process.
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 3-5 years as an IT recruiter .
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., software development, network administration, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).
