Responsibilities of IT Delivery Head

• Oversee all IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to projects.
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct cost analysis to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Stay updated with the latest IT applications and technologies, and implement them as needed.
• Make key decisions related to IT project delivery, demonstrating strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Manage changes and adapt to shifting project requirements and priorities.
• Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiently use project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks like ITIL would be an added advantage.

• Client Relationship Management: The candidate should have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. This includes understanding client needs and ensuring that the IT department meets these needs.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: The candidate should be able to work effectively with different departments within the organization. This involves coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
