As the Operations Head, you will oversee the daily operations and long-term planning of our IT company, ensuring efficient processes, high productivity, and quality standards. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of IT project management, client relations, and operational performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our projects, manage budgets, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Role & responsibilities

• Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the companys objectives. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
• Resource and Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to ensure optimal use of resources across all projects. Maintain accountability for operational costs and financial goals.
• Project Management Oversight: Coordinate with project managers and department heads to ensure timely project delivery and quality assurance. Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Quality and Process Improvement: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments. Continuously review and enhance processes to ensure the highest quality in service delivery.
• Client Relations: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of services. Address and resolve escalated client issues.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs, project metrics, and performance data to make data-driven decisions. Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
