To co-ordinate with liaison department and ensure premises has proper permissions from government bodies like electric board, water board, etc. before starting civil work

To do proper channel planning for water, from its sourcing to supplying.

Ensure that the sewage water is disposed off in a way that assures minimum wastage and curbs harm to environment

To train team in respective technical as well as ethical domain

To do BOQ preparation, quantity workout, quatation comparision, PR/PO preparation, execution, measurement and reconcialtion

To ensure healthness of electrical and utility for central services area to achieve 0 breakdown and 100%availibility
