Assistant Mgr Customer Service(Logistics, Liaoning,Customer Handling

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain export & import documents/records.
• Interaction with Customer to fulfil their needs and Queries.
• Logistics support.
• Export documentation : Export Invoice preparation, packing List, filling shipping bills, verifying check list, preparing documents as per letter of Credit, coordination with shipping lines and forwarder.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS.
• Knowledge of DGFT (Directorate General foreign Trade) related work such as MEIS applications, redemption of EPCG and advance licences etc.
• Negotiating freight with forwarders and shipping lines, finding most efficient and economical freight options.
• Fluent in English language
• Co-ordination with Factory for production schedule/dispatch of material.
• Preparation of pre-shipment/post-shipment documents.
• Update to overseas buyer regarding status of shipment/documents.
• Follow-up with the overseas buyers regarding remittance of payment.
• Liasoning with Government departments and Bank.
• Working Experience with CHA / FORWARDERS will be preferred.
