Assistant Export Executive

Role & responsibilities

Support the Marketing Head in daily activities related to international business operations.

Manage email correspondence with international clients, ensuring prompt responses and professional communication.

Prepare and maintain offer sheets, quotations, and pricing documents for export clients.

Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and shipments.

Handle export documentation, compliance, and record-keeping as per international trade regulations.

Assist in market research and competitor analysis to support business development efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

5 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the plastic houseware or related houseware industry.

Strong knowledge of export documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with international clients.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
