We have urgent opening for Executive-EXIM at Vidres India Ceramics Private Limited.

Position: Executive-EXIM ( Male )

Experience: 2-5 Years ( Manufacturing Industry )

Qualification: B.Com Graduate / Diploma in EXPORT / IMPORT/Post Graduate

Location: S.G Highway, Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for handling the EXIM (export & import) related activities for the entire group companies. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for entire logistics movements by Ocean / Air for both Inbound & Outbound movements.
• Preparation of Export Documents as per LC Terms and Condition, sound Knowledge of LC clause.
• Liaise & negotiate with freight forwarders, transporters, custom clearing agents and other related vendors there by managing the entire order cycle in the supply chain process efficiently.
• Sound knowledge of DGFT related matters, AD code registration on ICE gate portal, Export Promotion Schemes, like EPCG, MEIS, and duty remission schemes like Rodtep, Drawback etc.
• Will be required to handle technical details relating to all possible international transportations, such as customs regulations and any necessary documentations involved.

• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
• Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
• Any additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
